Then, after the next school year began, they raised the passing score a few points and all kids who fell in between what used to be passing and what was now passing had to retake it. When they weren't taking Biology anymore. Because it was Petrilli himself who took the time to enlighten me on the problem with cut scores when he discussed how they were set poorly under NCLB to make it look like more students were "proficient".<br /><br />Test scores on these tests are meaningless and should be treated as such.<br /><br />Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
