When I was teaching in PA (biology) we lived in dread of the day when the graduation requirement would be enforced and we'd have to manage all the "alternative projects" that would allow that 50% (or more) of students who couldn't pass the Keystone in one or more subjects to graduate, since the time required for this would have pretty much ended any possibility that we'd be able to do our damned jobs.
